What This Role Is About
- We’re looking for a Growth Outreach Specialist someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and opening doors.
- You’ll reach out to founders, managers, and decision-makers in the US to introduce them to Multisyn Tech and book meetings for our leadership team.
- This isn’t cold calling it’s smart, modern outreach using LinkedIn, email, and creativity.
- You’ll be part of a supportive team that values initiative, learning, and authentic communication.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Research and identify US-based startups and agencies that might benefit from our services.
- Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email (we’ll help you craft them).
- Start real conversations not spam.
- Qualify leads and schedule intro calls with the CEO or Project Manager.
- Keep everything organized in our CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine our messaging and outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For?
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, outreach, or lead generation.
- Great English communication skills friendly, clear, and confident.
- Comfortable reaching out to US-based founders and decision-makers.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Self-driven, curious, and someone who enjoys experimenting with ideas.
- Bonus: A background or interest in tech, SaaS, or digital products.
